Booking directly with us ensures transparent conditions and the best available terms for your stay:

Rebooking flexibility
Rebooking your stay outside the applicable cancellation window (14 or 21 days) is always free of charge. If your new travel dates fall within a higher rate period, a rate difference may apply.
Applicable travel periods
This policy applies to stays between January 6, 2026 – December 19, 2026 and January 4, 2027 – December 24, 2027.
Exception: Holiday Season
For stays between December 19, 2026 and January 3, 2027, cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to arrival to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will result in a full charge of the stay.
